Keystone started its operations in 1992, with just 8 machines and 1 customer. Today, Keystone has gained National and International prestige as a producer of fine quality hosiery products with a reputation for reliability and high standards. Thanks to the remarkable growth in production capacity and range, our socks are now exported to 25+ customers in 18 different countries spread across four continents. After reaching an enhanced range of knitting facilities between 88 to 200 needle, we are capable of producing more than 32 million pairs of socks per year. Being a vertically integrated socks mill with 300+ knitting machines makes us the best choice for providing end-to-end solutions for brands and vendors. In the last 5 years' Keystone has witnessed tremendous achievements in sustainability and infrastructural development. To improve energy efficiency and reduce dependency on fossil fuel we have replaced obsolete technology in the machine room and allied utilities. We have introduced bio degradable packaging and encouraging our customer to shift to this type of packaging further, we assess our performances using ICS PORTAL, HIGGS, ZDHC, and BEPI. We have also integrated environmental objectives with our annual goals. More than half of the cotton we use is BCI. Lately, OEKOTEX CERTIFICATION confirms our firm's belief in organic materials.

Process Tour

• Knitting

Knitting is the heart of socks making process. Keystone is equipped with 300+ fully computerized knitting machines having a knitting range between 88 to 200 needles per Inch. These Italian-made model machines are capable of producing high-quality socks. With different product configurations such as crew, anklet, low cut, or tube type. In the design of stripes or motifs with half, full, sandwich, or standard terry. We also entertain orders with varying yarn compositions. The knitting capacity is more than 32 million pairs of socks per year. Keystone's knitting team comprises highly experienced and trained professionals. Our team is continuously being enriched through training.

• Toe Closing Boarding

The process of toe sewing is very important in order to produce premium quality socks. Whilst conventional method are used at large; New technologies are introduced such as ROOSO and LOOP TRANSFER. Further Modern machines are bought in that eliminates the need to sewing the socks altogether.

• Wet Process

Vibrant color, soft feel and medical treatment are performed in this department. Though it comes with a huge cost but the rewards are ever promising.

• Boarding/Press

Keystone has a large number of electrical boarding machines. Capable of giving long life and wrinkle-free appearance to the socks. Here socks are pulled on the flat metal surface to achieve the desired form and they are steamed to finish shaping.

• Labeling and Packaging

Keystone has both, human and technological skills to offer all types of packaging services to its clients. The accessories are sourced from the world's best suppliers, locally as well as from Hong Kong and China, etc. We have Regular labeling where the customer gets one label per pair, cascade with 3,5 or 7 pairs under 1 label, then there's bundle consist of 2,3 or 5 pairs of the pack for promotion and off-promotion display and in last the Box which can be used for special orders for showroom promotion and display racks.
